Alright peeps, probably this is just a little bit earlier but I want no more miss another great event like this just like the past few years.

And YES!
The Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is BACK!

Rocking the Putrajaya for the 4th time, the unique of this event for sure will draw more attention from the public and media and YES, MORE PEOPLE! Not only for the Malaysians but also the neighboring country ie. the kisasufucks Singaporeans! ( IMY! <3)

Well.
Not that I like the crowd (you jackasses!), cause I am so worried about losing the chance having a ride on that hot air balloon!

Not that I've been to the event for the past few years, but through the reading, I understand that I have to wake up and start queuing at the event place taken from 5am or the hot air balloon seats will be all taken. *Y U NO jpg. *

And according to what from the page, the 3rd fiesta which held on last year had over 200,000 visitors occupying the venue, and that is a overwhelming number!

I bet every attached girls and boys out there are getting fully ready for the big day tomorrow, choosing the best spot for dinner and so on and on.

Talking bout Valentine,
It's been more than a year that one man giving me that butterflies.
Even it's a crush, it's just more on that "admire" part, but not that pure fast heartbeats and red cheek.

And why?
I've been such a fugitive when comes to love.

How ironic it is to tell there is more than 7 billion people in this world, this little blue planet, there is more than 27million people in this country, this small country, but yet, tomorrow is just another Tuesday for me.

I was wondering.

Butter Cheese Cake.

And as I always say, it's really simple to cook a wonderful cake.

All you have to do is never forget about THIS:

And this is also very important.
Every cake need butter.

8 Eggs.

Ok, basically, the Pre-mix will tell you what to do.

All you have to do is a good girl and follow instructions.
Why there is Pre-Mix in the world?
Because we are lazy :D

Beat butter.

Measure milk.
Awww, look Zac is at the back.

Mix everything up until it's fluffy.

Put the mixture into the oven and bake it.
Poof, its done.

Cut and decorate your cake lah!

Now you can spray some water on your face and tell your bf you bake it like 4 hours and you are so tired.

He will pamper you! :D

Who needs recipe if you have Pre-Mix? 15minutes and you're done!

Valentine day is just around the corner.

Feeling to blue cause you can't decide what to do to bright up the Valentine day and make it special?

This is why I say single is always the best!

Anyway, since you're really bad luck because you have a boyfriend on a Valentine day, I decided to help you out.

Versace, Gucci, or Lv? Leave these tedious task to the boys.

I am here to teach you how to CHEAT.

Yes. Cheat.

....on your cooking skills.

Yes.

This look verycomplicatedwtf.

But unless, you don't even know how to use a knife, or else, this is just a PIECE OF.....

KAWAII BENTO.

which means a cute lunch box.

If you really can't make this after read my blog post, seriously, you don't deserve a boyfriend, single is just good for you. *imsuchabitch*

For the bento making, you need the

Utensils:

Wok

Knife (small one will do)

lunch box

cling wrap

chopping board

toothpicks

Ingredients:

Sausages

Carrot

strawberries

cucumber

red plum ( THAT IS NOT AN APPLE FYI )

green apple

eggs

Rice ( Japanese rice is recommended )

cheese

seaweed

soy sauce

Something Extra:

Brain

Patience

Creativity

Ok, basically, I will teach you guys how to do the basic thing, and how to decorate it, and what ingredients you want to use actually is optional, depends on personal preferences.

1st: How to make your rice brown?

Ok, I am not going to teach you how to cook the rice as everyone has the rice cooker.

But if you want your decoration bear to be a "Brown Bear" instead of the "Polar Bear" or "Panda" , mix your rice with the soy sauce.

DONE.

2nd: How to shape the rice?
Use the cling wrap. Always use the cling wrap.
You can use your bare hand tho, erm. Just that it's not that hygiene.

See? The Brown Bear's head is shaped.
You can achieve a better result while the rice is still sticky and warm.

Mine is actually quite a bad example....

3rd: How to make the octopus decoration?

It's pretty simple.
But always remember to buy a bigger sausage.
The length is not the vital but to get the perfect Octopus Deco, you have to make sure the sausage is thick enough for you to cut.

Cut a cross, and another cross again. ( so hard to explain lah, use your brain here )
Left it half hanging to form the Octopus head.
Now you'll have 8 tentacles.

Fry them on a pan/wok with a little oil. And you're done with the octopus.

4th: How to make the freaking cute Hen Decoration?
This is also very simple.
First, prepare a boiled egg.

Cut a small thin slice of carrot in this shape.

And poke into the egg.

Cut another slices of carrots into some shapes as these.
And yes, poke them into the correct place.

5th: How to make the awesome flower deco!?
This is also very very simple.
Cut the strawberry into half, and into shape like these:

Cut a slice of the cucumber and cut them into shapes like these:

Use a toothpick and joined them together.

6th: How to make the cute rabbit decoration ah?
Ok. This is something hard.
As it is kind of hard to explain with my utterly finite vocabulary.
If you cannot get it through the picture, just don't do the rabbit deco okay? *RAGE*

Basically you have to crave a shape like below on your apple.

And gently slice the rabbit ear. ( DON'T CUT IT OFF MORON)

And do a upper cut lah. like below:

Your rabbit basically will look like this.
It can be a base to make your strawberry flowers stand.

Something extra?

You can actually fried some nuggets to make as base too.

Do a cheese roll egg if your bf loves cheese.

It's pretty easy, just fry the egg into 7/10 cooked and roll the cheese on.

Mama-mia!

Decoration start.

Oh well, to make the eyes, you can always cut the seaweeds into the shape you like.
for the nose part, use a toothpick and draw on the cheese!

Slowly modify until you are satisfy!

Use some cucumber slices to be the separator.

Ok, I use black sesame to make that ASEAN eye for the hen.

Le Hai Cambodia, Tam Biet Vietnam! - Part 1.

I have never thought that this day has come.

Just right after the trip to Penang, exhausted and torn, I was informed that I have a seat to Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

I was pretty much surprise.

With no excitement. But yet, it's a bloody chance for me to get away from KL, I fake a happy smile.

I tell what, for the first time in my life, I must say I had a tremendous unsatisfactory with the Air Asia.
You must have no idea how awful experience I had with the Air Asia flight.
For the very first time, I smell durian, (or fart? wtf) and weird odor which almost had me puke in the plane for that 2 hours.

And the landing part?
SUCKS.
It's so bumpy and the landing is so NOT smooth.
I thought I might dead in a plane for the first time.

Oh well.
We reached there too anyway.

Day 1:

For the actual reason that make me nod my head to fly to Phnom Penh, is the priceless time for me with my parents, and my grandma.
Other than that, what comes to my mind is no other than dirty foods, poverty, scorching sunshine and no shopping spots.

Oh well.
I am actually okay with it USUALLY but not this time as I haven't got my Chinese New Year clothes yet!

Cambodia is a very nice country to experienced.
But just on their culture and also the food.
If you have a go-go stomach like me, Cambodia is definitely a place for you to explore.

They have very fresh Chicken, and also seafood.
The Chicken are pretty much same with us, just the texture does not taste like 'chemical Chicken'
And mom say the chicken are likable no injection at all! FTW!

And for the supper?
Insects is the <3 !
Are you daring enough to try?

Phnom Penh is the main city of Cambodia.
And the night view? Seriously awesome.
The night life (lounge, pub ) is comparable with KL.

Checking in:

Quality of the hotel: AWESOMENESS.
Very Clean and comfortable for a reasonable price.

Bath tub checked.
Super clean.

Best part is?

Their toilet paper is PINK COLOUR!

Special Kuey Teow Fried in Cambodia style,Vietnamese taste.
Very different from Penang Fried Kuey Teow.

Cambodia traffic is horrible mess!
But there is no traffic jam at all! :D

Day 2:
Wake up sunshine and have my breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

Very artistic ambiance.
If I am not mistaken, the place cost us 27US dollar for a queen size bed room include breakfast. SO WORTH IT!

Seafood Porridge.
Da Yummm.

Chicken Pho.
Pho means noodles.

And Pho is very common food in Cambodia, you can see alot of nice pho stalls along the road.
And their very authentic soup base, simply delicious with their special Kuey Teow, which is just a thicker Malaysia bee hoon.

What's next?
Royal Palace of Cambodia!

The Royal Palace can waste your time from half a day to a day.
And the Royal Palace of Cambodia more or less a likable a small maze, just like the “紫禁城” from China. Make sure you cover your self from top to toe, no sleeveless nor shorts are allowed, pay USD15 and you're in!

Because of I did not know the rules before this, so I was not allowed to in unless I pay to buy the ugly shirt for USD5.

So, we did not get in.
Part of the story is because I hate histories, and old junk like this.

So, we did have our visit here.

It's been some days ago I travel in Penang.
Penang is seriously a place to die for.
I'm not exaggeration but I can still heard the breezes and waves from the Penang sea.

Penang, here I come.

It's actually a RM300 budget trip.
Of course, it is insufficient. Cause I did some shopping and we did too little research before the trip.

As for the finals are end, (at last!) I am here again.

It' been a truly hectic days when I think back.
But then, without the schooling days, my days are now with either television or PSP.

It's the second day since I end my finals, but I've already got BORED of it!

I've to stand on my opinion that Twilight is sucks by writing this into my blog.

No, I don't eager for the attention but then why I am writing this?
Because nothing is more fucked up than you've waste your money, BUT YOU DON'T GET FUCKING EXPECTED SATISFACTORY.

I pay and expects something to bright my day but then...
What I've got is utterly explainable disapointment.

The movie is obviously a business plan.
They prolonged the whole story line and make it a long advertisement of a fucking wedding dress.

Okay, that fucking wedding dress is very pretty, undeniable.

Why this movie failed?

First, there come Jacob take off his shirt and show his hot abs ran into the rain.
WHY YOU TAKE OFF YOUR SHIRT SINCE YOU ARE GOING TO WET YOUR PANTS TOO?
I don't get it.
Why you don't take off your pants too huh? This is so wrong.
Ok fine. Since that your point of that scene is selling Jacob's abs, why you don't prolonged that part? Oh well.

Second, there come Bella's nightmare.
Is Bella's dream make any sense in this movie?
I would like to see her bath if so.
I mean, who care what Bella's dreaming and that dream play totally no sense.

Third, Edward and Bella is smooching out non-stop.
After the vow thing, Edward and Bella making out and Bella is playing with his shirt as if they are going to make love after that.

I MEAN IT. Do you kiss 5 minutes in front of your parents?

Seriously, if you're watching with your boyfriend/girlfriend, it is probably romantic. (duh -.-)
But then I am watching with my friend and it goes totally awkward.

This whole movie is just so wrong.

What comes into your mind and make you smile when you're in a daze?

Many people don't realize how easy it is to be happy.

Most of us, especially us living in the concrete city are growing the seed of greed in us.

We no longer feel thankful for what we had, we want more than what we deserve and we take everything as granted.

Why are we forgetting the innocent that live in us?

Why are we forgetting to smile like we used to be?

Many of us take busy and work as an excuse.

But we should know that the source of joy are actually all around us.

Be it a piece of bread or a glass of water.

Be thankful for what you have!

To me, every moment is a happy moment.

The happiest moment of me is when I let myself free.

Emotional and physically free.

I remember there is a day I went out to play kite with my friend.

That's the happiest moment I had.

We ran up and down from the slope.

We are only being ourselves, without any obligations nor restrictions.

How to get away that awful breakup?

Disclaimer: Everything written here is just my point of view.

I assume that everyone here has gone through a break up.

However, it's been a preconception that the one who split the words first is the bad person.

We should not be bias on a relationship that the person who ask for a break up FIRST should take ALL the responsible.

Because what I see, the one who call it an end is the one who is more sensitive on what's going on, recognize that two person are not meant to each another any more, so why is their fault?

A typical break up happens and you are the one who call it an end?

I am sure that you're feeling awful, even though you know you've made the best choice, but you can't run away from the guilt because both of you might happened to have many wonderful memories.

Fred not! No matter you are the one being ''breaked'' or the one who''breaked'' the ''up'', I am here to got you covered. wtfhaha.
Just follow the tips bellow and work on them.
I am sure you will not be traumatized with your past relationship.

1. Give yourself some time.

Most of the people have this preconception that forgetting someone is to stop all the contacts and stop seeing that person, stop texting, stop everything that relates to that particular person.

I find that pretty reckless and that tactic is pretty useless.

I stand on my point that giving yourself so time to miss, to text, to DO ANYTHING related to him/her, and reduce a bit in time and replace it with something else.

And soon, you will found out that most of the time you waste on your ex had been replaced doing something else.

Don’t force yourself to get over your feelings; let them fade naturally.

2. LEARN WHAT’S APPROPRIATE.

Some guilt is appropriate and some guilt is inappropriate.

One of the key breakup tips for getting past it has to do with learning which is which.

For example,are you the one who caused the breakup?

Did you uses your ex, cheat, or sleep with someone else?

If so, guilt is an appropriate response – but, again, none of this makes you a bad person.

Remind yourself: you are only a human and human make mistakes. ( self- psycho wtf BOL )

Basically I only self-psycho myself that I am pretty. HAHA

3. Plan yourself a getaway.

People say time heals everything.

I say a quick getaway heals ANYTHING!

Free yourself from all the social obligations and work.

Plan yourself something, anywhere to go.

Movie, Coffee, Vacation, anything!
Spend some quality time just you, and yourself.

Sometimes, getting lost will help you find yourself.

4. INDULGE into something new.

There is so much thing to be pick up. Cooking classes, Yoga classes, computer classes.....
Open your mind, arms, and heart to new things!
Why lock yourself up? Knowledge has no boundaries!

When you learned and masters new skill, your life change.
You'll be in a different horizon.
Believe it or not.

5. THINK POSITIVE.

You must think positive, understands that breaking up is the best way to set you and your ex free from suffering on having different opinions and expectations on love.

6. be PATIENCE.

Remember, don't rush with feelings.
Don't get yourself into another relationship when you're not done with the old one.

Having a relationship is all about QUALITY, not QUANTITY.
Do not fall for anyone when you're not ready to give 100% of yourself.

Other than avoid showing off your nipples, it is also because to support your boobies from being saggy.
I mean, who wants a saggy boobs?

We ALL LOVE firm and upright, BIG boobs. ( Yes yes yes, I see you guys nodding vigorously)

However, girls nowadays never taught by the mothers the importance of the bra and why we should wear a bra, HOW we should wear the bra.
At least my mom never tell me why and how when I was young.

THAT's why saggy boobs and ugly breast are with the people around us.

Wearing a right bra is not only the comfort issues, but also the health and appearance concerns.

Last Saturday, I was invited to a food review as a blogger.

Hi, I'm in the traffic jam.

Rushing to Time Square just right after my tuition.

Buddy Soy Smoothies or Buddy Smoothies is the place!

It is located at Time Square, LG floor.

( it's just right opposite Chatime fyi. )

Because I'm late, so I managed to tried some of the food only.

But they gave me enough surprises on my taste bud!<3

I've tried the Sweet Corn, ABC and also the Cucumber too!

I'm a Sweet Corn fans, but I never know that Sweet corn can be that good with Soy Smoothies!

The ABC is another adventure of my taste bud as it's soy base!

For the Evergreen Japanese Cucumber, as they are not stingy on the the ingredients, and I hate cucumber much...
Refreshing, but not my cup of tea!
( You can see how awful it turn when they are so generous on the amount of ingredients so I had too much of cucumber bites. )

What if the one next to you is one of the beast who just dressed to look like a human?

I was thinking not to blog this up because of this might make you lose faith in living as a human.

As if you are that one particular who read newspaper or watch news at 7pm, you must have aware of this shocking news.

If you have no idea what is the Mandarin speaking, I am here to translate. ( with my poor English )

Basically it's about a van knocked over a toddler ( 2years old ) and the van did not stopped, but proceed to drive off by running over her. And there is another lorry ran over her AGAIN.

Much more pathetic to tell is there are 18 pedestrians walk by without giving any help to this little girl.

I have no idea how she suffers and struggles in pain for that 6 minutes.

It must be a hell to her but what's with the 18 people?

Not even a single one ring the hospital.

I mean, just because she didn't yell for help?

I mean, do you think she is playing with blood, so you ignored her?

Do you love sushi?

I am the biggest fans of Japanese food.

Although I don't fancy raw food but you will find me in the Japanese restaurant if I'm heading to town. Because they are just simply fabulous.

And because of Stephy knowing that I am so passionate in cooking, and I can ''roll a sushi'' because she read my previous blog post, so there she came, she came for help. heh. Sushi for his boyfie.

They might not look as good as the one from the sushi house but who give that a fuck if they taste the same?

What you do?

First:

Sushi Rice 3 cups. (250ml cup)

Wash them twice and soak into water for a while until the rice become white colour.

Cook the rice lah *dumb*

( rice: water ratio was 1:1)

Note: Remember to switch this on.
God how much time I've wasted last time just because I forgot to insert the plug.

Second:

Got all the ingredients you need well prepared while the rice is cooking.

Eg: Crab meat, cucumber, eggs.

Third:
When the rice is cooked, let it chilled for 5 minutes.
Add in vinegar according to how you wish your rice taste like.
Normally, I add in 5teaspoon.

Stir and make the rice even with the sushi vinegar.

And Now, Put a piece of seaweed on the ''rolling thing''
(Basically everything can get from Jusco. )

Now put in some rice.

Form a subway, and place in ingredients you fancy.

And roll!

If you don't fancy small sushis,

You can roll a big one.

To get a big sushi, skip the ''subway'' part.

Looks like my student is doing quite well.

Although it's very hard to be exactly as expert as me, she tried her best. ( HAHAHAHA WTF)

Yes, I know, because you are dumb and you want to bake a cheese cake.

I've ''bake'' awesome cheese cake before without an oven before.
And cookies, bread, egg tarts etc etc.

This is what we are going to bake today!

I think I am all guy's dream girl. Oh well.
Back to the topic.

First, you'll have to prepare
50g of Milk (preferable fresh one) Any fresher, you'll have to squeeze it yourself.

Ok. I am kidding. Don't use Breast Milk.

8 eggs.
100g of Corn Oil.
And most important, buy the pre-mix lah! ( I buy the cheese one )

Next, mix eggs with the Pre-Mix.

Beat the mixture with maximum speed for 6 minutes.

Thirdly, add in milk slowly and beat them with the slow speed.

Fourth, add in corn oil and mix well.

Fifth, put it in the preheat oven and bake for 45minutes with 160 degree.

Whoa. It's finally done.

How it taste like?

So reluctant meh!

Remember buy the pre mix so everything will be as easy as ABC!

P/s: Good way to cheat your bf/husband that you are an expert baker. :P
